The medical shelf is arguably one of the most important pieces of furniture in modern medical institutions or private clinics. Its primary purpose is for preventive measures, sanitary-hygienic procedures, and other medical activities.

The main goal of a medical shelf is to provide comfortable working conditions for the specialist in operating or intensive care units and help patients adapt faster to the hospital environment. When needed, additional medical equipment can be placed on the shelf. Such shelves are also common in private medical wards.

Features of Medical Shelves

Wall-mounted shelves are designed with a proper structure, allowing for efficient use of space in rooms designated for medical examinations, analyses, procedures, or patient consultations. Shelves are available in two types:

• wall-mounted;
• ceiling-mounted.

By design, shelves have an open, wall-mounted hanging structure and are available in three configurations:

• single-level wall-mounted hanging shelf;
• double-level wall-mounted hanging shelf;
• triple-level wall-mounted hanging shelf.

Wall-mounted hanging shelves are made from AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel, known for their technological and anti-corrosion properties. They are resistant to disinfectants, which is crucial since this type of medical furniture undergoes frequent disinfection.

Medical shelves are equipped with durable, high-quality fittings designed for repeated use.
