Terms for Processing Requests and Providing Services

General Provisions

1.1. This document defines the terms for processing service requests presented on the website of LLC Metal Products Plant «ARBUDPROM» (hereinafter referred to as the «Company») and the main rules for using the website «arbudprom.com.ua» (hereinafter referred to as the «Website»).

1.2. Submission of a service request through the forms on the Website constitutes preliminary agreement with the terms of this document.

1.3. All prices listed on the Website are for informational purposes only and may change depending on the details of the order. The final price is determined after agreement between the Buyer and the Company and is fixed in a separate Contract.

1.4. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this document, provided that the changes are published on the Website.

Definitions

2.1. In this document, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• «Service» — manufacturing and installation of metal structures (products made of stainless steel, black metal, and aluminum) listed on the Website.
• «Request» — a preliminary request from a client through the Website form indicating the desired services.
• «Company» — LLC Metal Products Plant «ARBUDPROM», which provides services listed on the Website.
• «Client» — an individual or legal entity that has submitted a request through the Website.

Request Submission and Processing Procedure

3.1. The Client has the right to submit a request for any services listed on the Website by filling out the appropriate form.

3.2. Submission of a request does not create financial obligations for the Client or the Company. Final terms of cooperation are agreed upon separately when signing the Contract.

3.3. After submitting the request, a representative of the Company contacts the Client to clarify order details, discuss technical conditions, and agree on deadlines.

3.4. If the order cannot be fulfilled (lack of necessary materials, technical restrictions, etc.), the Company has the right to refuse the order, notifying the Client about it.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Client has the right to:

• submit a request for services through the Website;
• receive detailed information about the terms of the order;
• demand compliance with the terms agreed upon in the signed Contract.

4.2. The Client is obliged to:

• provide accurate information when filling out the request;
• timely agree on the terms of cooperation and sign the Contract (if the services are agreed upon).

4.3. The Company has the right to:

• refuse to fulfill the order in cases specified in clause 3.4 of this document;
• make changes to the terms of service provision by publishing updated data on the Website.

4.4. The Company is obliged to:

• review the Clientʼs request within a reasonable timeframe;
• provide services in accordance with the terms of the signed Contract.

Prices and Payment Terms

5.1. All service prices listed on the Website are indicative and may change depending on the order details.

5.2. The final service price is agreed upon during negotiations between the Company and the Client and is fixed in the signed Contract.

5.3. Payment for services is made exclusively on the basis of the signed Contract. The Website does not accept payments.

Confidentiality and Processing of Personal Data

6.1. The Company undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of personal data provided by the Client when submitting a request.

6.2. Personal data is used exclusively for processing the request, communicating with the Client, and fulfilling the agreed services.

Liability

7.1. The Company is not responsible for:

• inaccurate information provided by the Client when submitting the request;
• any delays in reviewing the request caused by force majeure circumstances.

7.2. All disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
